2. Get your home inspected*
3. Pay your $35 membership fee
4. After that if you have any termites, call us and we’ll take care of it. No additional costs.
5. We’ll be by every year to make sure everything looks good and give you a full report.
6. If you decide to move, let us know, your plan is transferable to your new home.

*If you have active termites on your home at the time of the inspection, don’t worry! New members can get their property treated for a fraction of the cost from other companies.
